A Certified Public Accountant by trade, Ryan transferred his business and financial acumen to building manageable construction and operating budgets. In addition, Ryan's 39 years of experience in the competitive swimming community and connections throughout the swimming world add value to any pool project. Ryan will assist you with developing initial concepts, building budgets, organizing expected timelines and schedules, fundraising models and possibilities, programming budgets and more.
Nick Gaggiano
Nick brings a wealth of expertise to projects ranging from project development and construction oversight to program design and implementation. Nick's passion is coaching young athletes as a full-time club coach. In addition, Nick has years of experience developing programming for facilities and can help you determine how to design and construct your new facility to match long-term community needs and growth. Nick has also logged countless hours of on-site construction oversight to keep projects moving forward and on target.
